All games on Friday and Saturday are 2X35 min. halves. On Sunday, all games are 2X30 min. halves. (4th game, semifinals and finals).

All IFAB Laws of the Game apply, except unlimited substitutions.

This is an unrestricted tournament. Any team sanctioned by a US Soccer member organization is eligible. That means USYS, US Club Soccer, etc.

Players with birth years from 2005 thru 2011 are eligible. We are using the 2023-24 Season Age Chart - U13-U19, Boys & Girls.

Standings are point based

Win - 3pts; Draw - 1pt; Loss - 0pt

Three group play games to determine semi-finalists.

Teams not making semi-finals get 4th game on Sunday.

Players sent off are suspended for the next match. Coaches dismissed are suspended for the next match for the team they were coaching when dismissed.

Concussion protocols will be followed. Players with suspected head injuries must be evaluated by a trainer before returning to play. We have certified trainers available for all fields.

Severe weather decisions are made by the Tournament Directors, with the primary concern being the safety and well-being of all in attendance. We take severe weather seriously.

If a team drops below the minimum number of players, fails to show or leaves the field of play before the game is over the game is forfeited.

Judgment and interpretation decisions of the referee are final and not appealable.
